Tap 'Start Recording' to begin to record screen on your iPhone 12 Pro Max. At the bottom half of the screen, there will be a microphone icon. Long-press on the screen recording icon to adjust screen recording settings. Tapping will show you the option to enable or disable microphone audio recording. Open your iPhone's Control Center by swiping down from the upper-right corner. To enable this, long press on the icon from the Quick Control when you are not recording anything. It is worth adding that the screen recording option, by default, doesn't include audio from the microphone. You can edit it from there as usual and share it like any other video.
